Your “one church” didn’t emerge until 1600 years later, and you define your beliefs not in accordance with one church but instead define your beliefs according to your opposition to the One Church that has taught the same thing since Christ.

The bible (new testament) came after
AFTER
the Church was established
it is literally the written story of the thing that happened before it and the part that became the bible was the inspired word of God
But there are other writings of historical significance which preserve the traditions
