I am not an Economy guy....I would guess. Alot of home sales being made. People get out of debt that way....Buy something cash, or a RV or some shit? Pay off student loans if any existed with proceeds of selling house to Blackrok??
Maybe. I sold a house to a company that paid cash for it...my asking price. I paid off my cards and bought a cheaper house for cash. So, your answer is definitely part of it.
I was hoping that the good guys were confiscating assets from human traffickers and foreigners who interfered in our election...and paying off our central bank loans with it. Or better yet...central banks are canceling debts cuz they are being pushed out of our country.
Wishful thinking, I know...but there are these: EO 13818 and EO 13848. So, who knows?
I sold it to a company who buys houses for cash, bringing the next buyer with them to look at it, and then sells the house on a lease-option-to-buy basis to those next individual buyers, who are people like you and me.
Later, I wondered if that was a Blackrock company. So, that is why I joked about it now. It worries me.
But, doesnt Blackrock keep their purchases? This company was on a two-year contract with the individual new buyer immediately after closing with me.
Maybe Blackrock ultimately does keep a lot of houses this way, cuz if the buyers default, the buyers lose their down-payments..and the houses revert to the original company who fronted the money to the original sellers.
