this is crazy but mothers could feed da baby the old fashion way, booobs are likely more nutritious then some Chinese formula full of toxins
Those that can’t breast feed, or are unable to do so for medical reasons should rely on formula. That would at this time include HIV positive mothers, and those who took the Covid shot (because there are no long term studies on the impact of breast fed babies-so I would be cautious). Formula is not the best choice because it is comprised of chemicals and not natural. There are a number of excellent breast pumps on the market, and insurance and Medicaid provide free pumps. Mothers who are returning to work need only to research the best pumps and find out what your insurance provider provides. Is it stressful and requires organization if working full time? Yes. But by law time must be provided by an employer to pump, and use your lunch time and breaks. Keep powdered formula for emergency back up. It takes sacrifice, determination, organization and confidence to pump/breastfeed, but it is healthier for mom and baby, cost effective and provides better nutrition.

It is also thought to reduce breast cancer risk for the mother....win win. Breast milk is the most beneficial...liquid gold.
Problem is, once a mother (the XX kind) stops breast feeding, their milk dries up--can't go back- I was a formula baby after about 6mos as mom had a weird infection in milk ducts--I joke that's why I'm the shortest in my family--a 5'10" true XX female
It's weird, cause I bought the last formula at one of my Walmarts I audit. I have a friend who recently had a child, so I wanted to at least make them a little more prepared. Though they have already taken precautions to research home made formula if need be.
Strange events occurred, was approached by some stranger asking for the formula. Had an impromptu idea. Offered it at a scalping price, 50 bucks, or give them the solution My friend found to make some at home for free (didn't see a child, so couldn't confirm legit parenting).
They foregone the recipe, gave me 50 bucks.
If this is real parenting, I was deeply saddened.

Unfortunately baby formula, like abortions, while originally meant for the very few who have a rare problem, has become a luxury of convenience for many.
