The obvious is Roe v Wade decision but someone made a post last week about SCOTUS secretly hearing evidence on election fraud. My confirmation bias wants it to be this but naw, I don’t think so. Someone in that post rightfully pointed out that someone has to bring a case before them first. Then someone else chimed in to say that SCOTUS CAN hear cases in secret. WTF knows? At this point I’m well used to the wait and see bullshit game.
I think they were all tossed but the point of the other thread (wish I could find it) was that one/some have been brought before SCOTUS secretly. In that thread, someone posted a link to a document that said there is precedent for secret cases. Even so, I don't think that's what is happening here. I'm going with no and will allow myself to be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong.
Theories on what theyre hearing?

Is there any pending election cases? I was thinking the tossed them all some time ago.

Didn't Lindell say he was bringing cases to them then we didn't seem to hear anything after that? Or am I making this up?
