Glass Onion technically was said to be a euphemism for a casket with a glass viewing panel as shown in the movie, but i've never actually seen one, have you?
Glass being 'see through' and onion being made of layers, I take it as a comm of enlightenment to the Plan - after the death ritual.
Entirely possible, but yeah, I've never seen a casket like that even in fiction, let alone one called a Glass Onion.
The thing that made me regard it as a Looking Glass comm was the fact that the Looking Glass apparatus supposedly has many layers of concentric circles, again resulting in a sort of Onion shape.
The entire song seems to be comms.
"I told you bout Strawberry Fields, you know the place where nothing is real, well here's another place you can go where everything flows."
I have no doubt that "enlightened chosen ones" would have access to it, or at the very least their overseers (a few levels higher than mere handlers).
Do you subscribe to the Tavistock theory?
Also, this all looks out of context now that you deleted the initial walrus reference, but eh. I dig it.
Looking glass, as I understand it, is a series of plotlines laid out according to their probability of occurrence, allowing for fluidity. Algorhythms of probability.
I equate it to the Schrodinger's cat experiment, in that as each decision is made or action taken, a new set of probabilities materialize as potential futures until the next act or decision made.
I do this myself in mental calculations. i see a 'line' of probability as a hallway with doors........each selection of a door collapses the prior hallway of doors and leads into a new hallway with more doors as potential futures.
To hold them all to view simultaneously to choose from is Operation Looking Glass. In THIS way is the mind going backwards 'in time' and forwards into 'the future' and 'future proves past.'
