I went to some patriot meetings where he said he was working on it, but needed the details hammered out and agreed upon by at least one state AG. He said he had several, but they still wanted a few things changed in the lawsuit first to make it fool-proof.

That was several months ago, so I hope these lawsuits are the same ones he explained to us. It sounded promising.

What you say makes sense. Lindell would know full well about the "no standing" thing, and have worked it out before moving on this. He could surely recruit people who have "standing."
