India is facing a huge drought and their wheat crops will be 20% less this year. India wasn't going to export wheat or any other grain this year. Ukraine is just an excuse.

The nation's which need to "buckle up" are Lebanon, Haiti, Somalia and others that rely on charity and are huge food importers.
