You have to realize that these are still just your average government employee's. My favorite quote, "We may be slow, but we do mediocre work". And my other favorite, "Those who can, do; Those who can't, teach; Those that can't teach, go into government service"

And yes, I'm a federal employee. I would estimate we would gain approximately 500% more efficiency if we got rid of about 70% of the fed employee's, the useless ones, they actual slow us down with stupid rules and requirements.
