Except it was already posted back when this info dropped. Anons like me see it and think "wow another expansion??? They just had one last year!" Only to find out womp womp it's the same article from last year. I get reposting it for those who might have missed it but at least title it "don't forget" or something so it doesn't imply it's new info.
With contractor claims, environmental analysis/issues, labor issues, change orders, etc., etc., they'll stretch it out to a few years :) (and cost 3 times more than original bid)
I wouldn't call it old, 8 months. How long does it take to build a new court house? They probably just finished construction.
