I believe the supply chain shortages are a result of white hat interventions to economically debilitate the enemy. I don’t know who or how or why, but I believe that I am correct about this.

It is indeed a tug-of-war between white hats and black hats. When shipments from China were sitting off the coast of California for who knows how long it was a message being sent.
