I believe the supply chain shortages are a result of white hat interventions to economically debilitate the enemy. I don’t know who or how or why, but I believe that I am correct about this.

70% of the world's neon production that's used to make the chips is processed in Odessa, Ukraine. They don't have a geographic advantage for the resources, so this could probably be short lived.
