I got DWAC at ~$40 and will hold for the 6 years i need to to cash in the warrents. The downside is that you have to pay your capital gain at the very beginning. That will be (Future DWAC PRice - (11.50 share price + price you purchased). So IF DWAC is $100 when I can call my warrents, I'll ahve to pay Capital gains on ~$49, and then once I do that I can own the share.
Like one of the previous posters I do have Both DWAC/DWACW. I plan to sell my DWAC to cover the costs of my warrents. I don't have much extra to invest now, so what i do will go into DWAC as I have plenty of warrents.
