My guess is because the photo is of a paintball game not a war. And judging by the guy in front with his mask up and they are all grouped up, they arent even playing. Just some guys getting ready to play.

Again just guessing the headline from Reuters saying 'Ukraine.. repelled Ruasian incursion' is propaganda and no such photos exist.
