I see 2 patriots with a flag, just above and to the left looks like a younger DJT with eye protection, looking into what looks like a periscope. (Looking glass?) The picture of Durham, on the right shows him in front of the White House which is suffering bolts of lightning.

don't you see the position of the left hand at chin level, then the edge of a viewing screen at eye level? and the eye protection/correction or even 3D type of lenses ? well, that's what I see, your mileage may vary.
