She has a beautiful head of hair, styled nicely, a very attractive face with nice makeup, she's got her nails manicured, she's wearing stylish and clean clothes including the spotless sneakers. She's drinking bottled water not a big gulp of sugary soft drink.

So....

How did such a normal person allow herself to grow so big and endure so many tattoos?
