Anyone old enough to remember geocities knows that websites don't last forever. Yeah, there are tools like the wayback machine but even they don't archive everything.
GAW needs to be preserved (entire application stack in read only) for generations to come to study when they're learning about WW3, a.k.a., the Great Meme War. They can learn how a fringe group of "conspiracy theorists" banded together to fight censorship and misinformation.
When the tide turns in our favor, as it seems to be doing now, everyone who dismissed us is going to claim they always knew (talking to you Dilbert Toolbag). I for one revel in the idea that I can show them my posts here and say, SUCK IT!
Our haters will say, "There's no proof you were puffyjacket45!" If the site is preserved then the real puffyjacket45 will be able to prove it by authenticating.
It sure would help if we knew who the secret financier of GAW was. It certainly doesn't feel like a honeypot, but who knows? If the site disappears immediately after the storm I guess we'll know it was a honeypot.
Godspeed frens!
If the SHTF, you won't have trouble finding military and LE's on our side. The majority of them are already on our side. My personal estimate is somewhere between 75-90%. I am a part of the DoD. I work mostly with Navy, Marines and USCG. I have coworkers that are AF. I can honestly tell you that the ones against us are a small minority. The discussions on base and onboard ship is always pro patriot. The few outliers are quite obvious and they tend to keep most of their opinions to themselves. It leaks out a bit, that is why it is obvious.
