So the true number of super ultra radical leftists in th USA is 11 million and they are bent on imposing their will on the rest of us. That is how I read this

Sounds about right - a bit less than 4% of 330 million. Per Q, 4-6% are going to be "lost forever" (though, IMHO, it's likely going to be 15-25%).
