Niacin is an essential B vit that does a whole host of things like reduce cholesterol, blood pressure and crucially helps repair DNA:
"Niacin is a vitamin that acts as an antioxidant and plays a role in cell signalling and DNA repair. Deficiency is characterized by skin problems, memory loss, and digestive problems.."
Melatonin really helps the body get a good nights sleep, I've been using it for a while now and can honestly say I sleep for an average of 8 hours, but when you wake you have bags of energy! We often lack the bodily produced melatonin, just make sure you take it right before you go to bed, turn off all lights and electronics, especially your cell phone!
I also use "Lipasomal" Vit B complex (no need to add zinc as there is enough within it) and "Liposamal" Vit C 1000mg. Whilst this isn't cheap for a 30 day course, it is by far the best way for the body to absorb it. Most cheaper Vit C products are usually not great at being absorbed, of course the correct food is also ideal but many struggle with the correct food in the first place.
As for Ivermectin, didn't I read of a State that now allows it to be purchased without restriction recently? Will have a look around for the answer. Others have used horse de wormer paste (check tho as some don't contain Ivermectin) and work out the body weight to amount needed ratio, as a last resort.
