The vid is only 5 minutes. About halfway it shows the specific website, under the WHO initiative, in which mayors and other senior municipal officials are encouraged to contact them to participate (i.e., sign up and get paid by them to repress their hapless citizenry).
imagine how much more efficient it would be to simply state the mayors or link the website you refer to. All this info needs to be disseminated for further action or it's just going to be flipped past by the average person. Is it propaganda or a real threat? Thank you for considering my plea for efficiency and transparency so boots on the ground civilians can do something about the corruption in their local governments. People need direction and leadership.
Well, it hasn't happened yet. OP's title is misleading in that regard. It is likely we won't know until after a mayor applied and was approved, and after discovering it locally. Unless the WHO offers transparency (yeah, right!) on their lists, of course.
