In Texas, we pay $0 state or local taxes. NONE. Car tags are $65 per year, or about $5.40 per month. The state sales tax rate in Texas is 6.250%. With local taxes, the total sales tax rate is between 6.250% and 8.250%.
Property taxes are also low in most areas of Texas.
If you want to keep an extra 10% of your earned income, then move to one of the states that doesn't bleed you dry with taxes.
You also pay for all taxes that all corporations have. Elon musk paid whatever outrageous amount he did in taxes? No he didn't, you did. Well, specifically, his customers did. All he did was price his cars a higher amount than they would have been without taxes and pushed that onto you.
We're tax slaves, living on prison planet earth. I've made this comment before on GAW and it seems to fit here - there’s a theory that were born into this prison planet.. but why? Why are we here? And why is it a prison planet? You can see the evil around you, but you can also see God‘s amazing beautiful creation found in nature. And as a born-again believer, I actually feel it makes sense when you look at the world that way.
When you start to think of this world as a prison, it makes more sense why we have no real rights and no true freedom. It also makes sense why evil reigns (I believe this Satan has dominion over this world due to the fall/ original sin and Jesus has paid our ransom, literally, so we can leave this prison). Part of the great awakening is more people coming to that knowledge. But I do believe we are going to understand more about our origins, at least I hope so. Some days I just don’t wanna be here anymore and I long for the place that is truly home, I know that place isn’t here.

I feel you. We own a business & have to pay property taxes every year on trucks & equipment we bought & paid sales taxes on - we own it. We’re selling everything & I called the tax office to see how to go about taking everything off the tax rolls. We still have pay next year for 2022 because we still had the equipment & trucks on January 1, 2022. The tax we pay is a little under $2k a year.
Prayers for you, friend. We also own a small business. By the time we pay federal income tax, state income tax, property tax, personal property tax, payroll taxes, etc., the amount is mind boggling. We've been in business for 16 years and have seen growth every year but the last two (2018 and 2019 were explosive years for us) and now, just a couple of years later, we're down to the wire. Since the start of 2020 we've used up our savings and cushion trying to stay afloat, and this year seems abysmal as well. We'll need to downsize and sell a ton of equipment and a property. I believe we'll survive but seeing the absolute destruction and drop in the last 16 months is so demoralizing. Especially when you know that the rightful leadership was denied their duly elected place and that the destruction has been done purposefully. God help us all, we need a miracle in this country!
We need a good, reliable network for patriots to be able to find and support patriotic businesses because we would certainly make use of it.
Wasn't me downvoting you. I guess they don't want that kind of discussion or connection made on here. This is why I wish there were something available for patriotic people where we can do this sort of thing- connect, help each other out, buy/sell, or even barter- so that we know we're supporting like-minded folks. Put our dollars towards helping small businesses or at least based businesses. Maybe there is already something like that out there and I just don't know about it, lol. We already try to support local owned businesses, etc.
The sooner everyone realizes this the better. US is one large plantation and all.we are allowed to do is work for it. Free to do nothing.

Most people are to stupid to see it though. Tax is nothing more than extortion money being stolen from you by a legalized criminal enterprise that's managed to convince the masses that it must be paid, so we can live in a 'civilized society'
I don't pay tax, I don't want anything to do with their corrupt system. I take nothing from it and I give nothing back.
I'm lucky, I don't have too many responsibilities. I know it's not possible for everyone though.
I'd be happy to pay a 20% flat rate but that's not going to happen anytime soon so I'll just do my own thing and stay out of everyone's way :)

Learn to pay 0% taxes like the rich. It doesn’t involve offshore accounts or anything illegal.
The IRS has 3 categories for income.
Earned: this is the slave category. We rent out our time for money. On top of the 30%+ income taxes, we will all pay sales tax, property tax, inheritance tax, death tax, etc. Over 50% of your income will be stolen.
Portfolio: this type comes from paper assets like stocks and bonds. For most people (depends on your income level) the taxes here would peak at 15%. Additional advantages for becoming a day trader. It’s possible to reach 0% if done the right way.
Passive: like I tell my family and friends, there’s no such thing as truly passive income. But you can get close. This is income that flows from rental properties or businesses you own (but don’t work IN). This is where you want to be. MUCH lower taxes on passive income. Add in tax benefits from debt (buy another property or business) and depreciation, and you can reach 0% taxes pretty quickly.

You must be new here? I would say this community, as a whole, will be far more prepared than 99% if SHTF.
