I'm kinda split 50/50 on this. On the one hand Bush has a long history of not exactly being the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to public speaking. On the other hand, the guy is literally reading off of a script that he had just looked down at a second before saying Iraq, then he realizes he actually said it and freaks out then says Ukraine. Maybe whoever put the script in his hand set him up? That would be funny. Who knows anymore clown world has gotten far too clowny to tell what's real and whats fake 🤡
