Yes, that it is why Q mentions "FULL TIME" = especially highlighted !!!

It is not the normal security detail, but now extended to "FULL TIME"! When did that happened before?

They have had FULL TIME protection detail for decades. What you're seeing now is extra protective detail to accompany the protection they usually have.

Having US Marshals patrolling the outside of the property isn't the only way to have full time security protection.

Is it MORE protection than usual? Yes. Is it MORE obvious than usual? Yes.

Does that mean they didn't have full time protection before? No.
