I will never forget when I had skin peeling on my hand.
Doc said it was blah, blah, blah, and gave me a prescription for some ointment.
I never got it. Instead, I did some research. Maybe it was not enough fat in my diet?
So, I started eating cleaner, with more meat, eggs, and dairy. Problem went away in a couple of weeks, and has never returned.
Doc was full of shit.
That's why I go to naturopathic doctors for issues like that, medical doctors will just give you pharma poison because they get a kickback on the deal. If i need a serious emergency surgery I'll go to a medical doctor.
I agree. Immediate life-threatening situations are where doctors (surgeons and their staff) shine. But the general practitioner is most likely a quack.
