The idea of suing our state officials for acts beyond they’re scope and authority sounds feasible.
I agree, it SHOULD be feasible.
There are many people who CLAIM they can do it.
The system is so corrupt that judges will hide cases and make them "unpublished" if a jury goes the way the government doesn't like. I saw it once with an IRS case.
There was also a case that a non-attorney won on his own, that set legal precident regarding constitutional rights. But Congress changed the statute (just reworded it) so that the citation to his case could be removed as a footnote in the annotated statutes.
Even when there is a win, the judges will lie and say it was for some other reason.
Marc Stevens, at least, does have some "wins' (mostly dismissed cases) that he can cite. I have never seen anything from Randy Kelton, but would like to.
