Im fuming. I took some rapids thatbwere negative before and after. When the pcr came back positive i immediately scheduled a separate one independently because something felt off.
Sure enough, they fucked me with a positive result making me miss a week when I have NOTHING.
Agghhhhh, just venting.
Same for my wife....but she is salary......So fuck them she is getting paid.
Same but my students need me.
STOP PLAYING THEIR GAME….STOP GETTING TESTED!
I'm a teacher. It's test or vax.
PCR is NOT A TEST!
If you're a teacher, SHOW THEM, THAT IT IS NOT A TEST PROTOCOL!
District does as it does. The policies make 0 sense, but it is what it is.
I was forced to take today off and test to. Luckily it was negative. I was running a fever and could barely move.
Next time, get a sample from your dog and submit that.
If it comes back positive, you have grounds to sue for fraud.
The tests are about as accurate as a FJB logic check.
It sounds to me like you should do something about it.
Withe the rapid test, don't swab your nose put straight into chemical it will read negstive.
Is it unpaid leave? I’m sorry this is so messed up!!
why submit to testing if you feel well?
Because I went to school for this and the only real career I've seen with a teaching degree us teaching.
I can test. I don't like it but it's paying my bills. No vax and I'm being punished for it, but this is my career and I'm willing to test to get paid, I'm not superman or your local hero but I do what I have to do.
Happened to a coworker. Even with the negative test. Track it all. I have followed every one of their fucking lame ass Covid measures. Stayed in my lane, have taking abuse, verbal and financial. I am documenting everything. My supervisor is as well. Waiting for the moment to make my move. They will pay for what they have done to us. They should of shut the fuck up and let us make our own medical decision and leave us be. Play stupid games win stupid prizes
Same here. Tested positive on May 6. Was told to “quarantine” for 5 days. That’s a 5 day vacation for me. I have a shitload of sick time that I won’t get paid out for once I leave my employer which will be in about a year. Hence, anytime they tell me not to come into work and use my sick leave, that’s a vacation.
Man I wish my leave was that high. Hahaha I’m like nickel and dimeing that shit. Lol they forced me to take 20 days worth of leave for everyone else catching Covid in my house on 3 separate occasions. I’m pretty sure that’s grounds for a lawsuit. I’m waiting to jump on the class action ones that I’m sure will come around. I had to test today and miss I was actually sick this time but I am neg for Covid so at least I can go back on Monday lol
I'm paid for this too but I don't like this.
I agree! I don’t like the mandatory testing because they’re using the testing to keep this bullshit going.
And faking results, I'm so angry at this last positive because the day before I pushed up my max weight in benching and I walked 10 miles with no issue and then I get a "positive", and immediately took another to verify and sure enough it was bullshit. It's because I'm unvaccinated, I know it.
I can't believe every workplace does this to people. There is so much evidence that PCR's are worthless. Maybe you can use your spare time to search for alternative employment.
With a teaching degree? I've tried.
You should start a homeschooling co-op. I’d pay you to teach my kid and you never have to take another test again and I won’t even harass you about getting jabbed. 😜☺️😂 It’s a win for everyone! 🤷🏼♀️😜😂
You wouldn't happen to be in Jersey, huh? 😆
Lol, I wish. Well, not really. I definitely don’t want to live in Jersey, but I don’t really want to live in Colorado right now either. But I DO want a homeschool co-op. Let’s meet in the middle and move to the south! I already have family there, you can teach more kids and make more money. What could go wrong!? 🤷🏼♀️🤪😂😂😂
Hahahahha don't tempt me with a good time!
I have a teaching degree and haven't taught in 10 years and make more money than I did teaching
What do you do, presentations for private programs?
Nope. I bounced to the transportation field. It is hugely in need of good people. I don't use my degree directly but skills I learned help me. Heavy duty truck parts, I have almost limitless potential and recruiters calling me for other jobs even when I'm not looking
