While I'm not personally versed in the topic, It does seem many interpret that as Trump will Tweet "My fellow Americans, The Storm is upon us."

Nothing is mentioned that anyone will Tweet anything, it only says "Look to Twitter"

This could mean a variety of things, could it be a Tweet from Trump? Sure, but not likely. Didn't he mention he was going on Twitter again?

If it is actually a Tweet, turncoat Elon is a likely as anyone to do it person.

Regardless of it's meaning, I'm sure we'll all know it when we see it!
