Tech stocks completely fell off a cliff immediately after Elon announced his intention to buy Twitter. It set off a panic and MSM wide character assassination of Musk.

What do they really fear?

Another question, are companies that paid for ads going to sue Twitter for false representation of Twitter users? Why did they pay big bucks to advertise to false customers? I’d sue!
