When I first began my professional career, someone gave me this advice: if you don't like how things are run, then you try to change it by rising through the ranks and be in a position to implement the change. Before you get there though, you try not to draw a target on your back.
Those of us in hiring positions should use our authorities wisely.
The left has been infiltrating our systems and institutions for ages. We should be doing this 3x harder back to them. When they start finding out their kids are based, they will lose their minds.
“The left has been infiltrating our systems and institutions for ages.”
Not only that, but they are hip to our attempts at counter-infiltration. Lots of people figure they’ll take down the system from the inside, but by the time they get deep enough into it, they become the system. The left have multiple ways of turning people to the dark side. And those who can’t be turned are screened out probably since childhood.
I did that. When I was pregnant with my youngest, I worked at Boeing in Evt WA. I had to fight like crazy to force the company to follow their own policies to not force a pregnant woman to handle chemicals which the label specifically states May Cause Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and Reproductive Hazard. This was only like a half a percent of my job and took a split second for someone else to do. I wasn’t about to have my child have birth defects because of them. I have two nephews and a niece who have fetal alcohol syndrome as my sister in law who is now passed on from drinking herself into a coma and dying four days later, drank all through each of her pregnancies, all eight of them. One died of (SIDS) that was the documentation, actually she rolled on her two month old when passed out drunk and suffocated him, thus the guilt and continuous drinking.
I made alot of waves, kept my own paper trail as I got tossed from one supervisor to another then finally and the micromanagement of the place wanted to silence me and when they separated me from anyone I spoke to (Even though I was thorough, quick, cheerful and accurate and tidy) I got separated from others numerous times til they finally stuck me in a corner by myself. Then I took a hot pink sticky not and wrote Human, NOT Robot and stuck it on my back, then made myself a dunce cap and wore it around. Management hated me and forced me out on maternity leave early. I fought and won backpay and Union Rep took all the credit. I hated that job but I was good at it. I wanted to be home raising my kids but we needed the money bad.
