I've sometimes wondered if any of us could be going about our daily routine and cross paths with a fren from here and not even know it. I got into a conversation a couple of months back with a guy here who had actually met some gaw frens and they were all meeting regularly. How cool is that? I'm sorry to say I forget his name, but maybe he'll see this and remind me how he came to do that. Wouldn't that be cool? Surely we've all seen someone post about what state they're in and thought, hey, s/he might live near me. Dare to dream ..

I understand. It's too bad though, because I often hear the old refrain, "It's hard to find a good man." Possibly because you're all busy taking care of your lives.
Yeah I hear that too but I think in a lot of cases the ones saying it don't really mean it lol.
She'll find me when the wheat runs out and we are the only ones not starving bc I have a quarter ton or more of grains, flour mills, an oil press and a camping oven among other things stored for a rainy day. Might be a bit late to get on the ark then
A quarter ton, lol! That ought to see you and your boys through college.
Yes, hard red winter, soft red winter, oats, corn, rice, beans, all kinds of sundry baking and cooking supplies, salt, sugar...
Yeo, food will catch that starving psycho everytime. Lmao.
A man after my own heart. That's awesome, fren. And your teaching your boys and setting a great example for them. Well done.
