For infants? I do not know but that is a good question.

Hmm, doesn't the mothers breast milk contain something...Breast milk shares antibodies from the mother with her baby. These antibodies help babies develop a strong immune system and protect them from illnesses.Breast milk contains antibodies that can fight infection. Those antibodies are present in high amounts in colostrum, the first milk that comes out of the breasts after birth. However, there are antibodies in breastmilk the entire time a mother continues to nurse. Ah, here we are. Colostrum, I could not remember.
