I do not see the ruling in this case as a big win to protect children from mutilation. The court has basically taken away the element of compelling the DFPS from following the governor's orders, therefore, the governor's orders are meaningless. The court has basically said that investigations can continue, but that the DFPS is no longer required to investigate these cases as initially put forward by the governor. That means, if the DFPS is full of woke libtards, the governor's orders will fall on deaf ears and nothing will be done. In other words, the governor's orders are not worth the paper they are written on.
