It takes 2.5x the weight of a body to keep it on the bottom. So a 200 lb man would need 500 lbs of extra weight to keep it from floating up during the off-gassing.

Wrap the body in chicken wire and weight it down. As the body expands the chicken wire will shred it and feed the fishes
