Biden wants to fail, his supporters want the failure, his party backs the failure. His opposition by contrast doesn't want it.. and are preparing to minimize negative outcomes if/when the fail happens.

How do MAGA feelings affect what Biden is able to do? Republicans in Congress can't even do anything about what Biden does or doesn't do.
