He's probibly spent a few million on legal fees and lawyers, etc. Still money well spent and for a guy like Musk even 10 million is a bargain just to be able to troll people on Twitter for a while.

Since it's Elon's money, HE can do whatever He wants to do with it. If someone want to tackle world poverty, they governments would need to topple since governments are the cause of poverty.
