Its easy to see. There is NO WAY to change to electric vehicles.

Unless there are one of 2 situations. Far fewer people, or far fewer cars. Or both really.

Lets sit and think of that it would take for a metro area anywhere USA to even get the grid setup. Let alone build the station and be able to supply power. All the materials that need to be mined and manufacturered is a chucnk.of that too.
