So Dr. Oz is republican and opponent (who is the opponent) is democrat? If Dr Oz was already DS, wouldnt he be the preferred candidate ?

Federal appeals court recently ruled that mail in ballots must be counted in PA even if they don’t have dates on the envelopes.

Not even kidding. Happened in Allegheny County over a lawsuit brought by the ACLU concerning ballots in the 2020 election.
