And remember, we pay into MediCare throughout our working years. Then when we need it, we have to continue paying for it! And buy additional coverage so that we don't end up in poverty due to medical bills. The insurance companies that provide this "insurance" get (I can't remember the exact figure) $12,000/yr from MediCare to "cover" us.

I'm sorry you have to struggle to get the care you need. But hey, "MediCare for all!"
