She does have 3 kids, so maybe one of her kids is wrapped around her leg and not wanting to be in the picture so she drapped the coat over her type deal. That's my best guess. I also was today years old when I learned Ivanka has 3 kids, is 40, and in poland right now...

Probably helping the Ukrainian refugees? I saw a photo op of her giving out food to Ukrainian refugees so I'm assuming that's in Poland?
