Sussmann also told CIA that he was not there on behalf of a client. This was after his meeting with Jim Baker. So he lied to FBI, CIA and Congress. And he lied to his attorney's as well.

FYI; That fat B*stard Marc Elias couldn't remember anything when questioned by prosecutors, but when he was questioned by defense attorneys knew much about that time period when asked anything about Trump & Alfa Bank....'Selective Memory' for such a supposed intelligent and knowledgeable attorney. Just saying...

only thing on trial was lie to FBI, and the only proof was James Baker's testimony..

you think Baker isn't a liar ? he sure came off like a liar in court.. saying he doesn't remember anything about that day... NOTHING...

nothing but Sussman saying he providing the information on his own behalf, not the client... he knew Sussman worked for Clinton but thought he was coming in to save our country from the evil Trump....
