only thing on trial was lie to FBI, and the only proof was James Baker's testimony..

you think Baker isn't a liar ? he sure came off like a liar in court.. saying he doesn't remember anything about that day... NOTHING...

nothing but Sussman saying he providing the information on his own behalf, not the client... he knew Sussman worked for Clinton but thought he was coming in to save our country from the evil Trump....
