I'm not a parent, but if I lost a child, I'd be hysterical and incoherent.
Not in front of the TV cameras talking about what an angel my kid "was", etc.
I am a parent. I lost my son just six months ago. Even now, I’m tearing up just from having typed those words. You can’t begin to imagine the degree of pain and I sincerely hope you never have to feel it my fren. Hysterical and incoherent are exactly the right words.....there’s no way in hell that guy just lost a child. Absolutely no way.
I don’t smile much these days, or really laugh, haven’t played my guitars since his death, have a melt down at least once a day and in general, I don’t even feel like me anymore. That man did not lose a child and I hope the son of a bitch rots in hell for whatever his role in this is.
My condolences on your loss. Do pick up your guitars, I'll grab one when I need to blow off steam.
I’m 24/7 care provider for my dying mother and going into garage and playing guitar after she goes to sleep is one of the things keeping me sane right now. That and weight lifting.
I'm with you fren. My 80 yo mother with Alzheimers came to live with me 6 months ago. So hard to care for our parents. Gotta find anyway you can to blow off steam. God bless you.
