At the bottom left next to "83%" is the Z and something I can not read, because it is Russian or Ukrainian. Somebody knows what it means?

It says "заставный" or Zastavnyii, but using a stylized Z instead of "з"

It's the telegram name of the person that made or propagated the infographic.

Top left margin you can see his telegram link in latin instead of cyrillic.
