The clip has multiple edits that make it look suspicious. I wonder what the unedited version looks like? Is this just a condensed version or has the meaning been modified as well?

EDIT: It appears to be Bishop Richard Williamson who also thinks that the holocaust is a hoax. He is obviously a troublemaker!

EDIT2: The Pope was not happy about the holocaust denial.
