That was my thought as well but apparently there are some pictures online that show a Uvalde swat team. I've been to Uvalde; I don't believe it at all

They have a Facebook page as well with pictures of them visiting and interacting with the community. They sure did put in a lot of effort to try to persuade everybody that they did have one.
