Comms to who though? Not to us. Not to their followers as they don't believe in comms. Not to each other as they have private communications with each other.

I am confident that these are comms as it would be far easier for these people to not announce to the public that they have corona. But what is the meaning of the comms and to your highly salient point, WHO are these comms meant for??
