Yeah the first guy seems fake as shit to me with his picture, sunglasses and fake crying, the second guy seems a little more believable, they have pictures with him and the child together whereas the first guy doesn’t. And she looks more like the second guy to me. It may be that the second guy is her biological father and the first guy her stepfather.
