Q inspired me to implement Military Planning at my job:

1. I plan out every moving piece of all scenarios
2. All possible outcomes and scenarios possible - mybteam was resistant but as we moved forward and inevitable unforeseen pivots happened - they loved that we already had a strategy for that new scenario.
3. I now move very fast and effective. Marines now gravitate into my orbit out of the appreciation of planning
