It was made that way so you focus on the anon handle. There's Z-e-i-t-r-i-e-s-e and Z-e-l-t-r-e-i-s-e, both handshakes, then the "original" Z-e-i-t-r-e-i-s-e (with a pepe icon). It's basically saying there are three very similar usernames/handles and pointing out the original one who has been here awhile.
