Speculation: Dinesh said in an interview that the movie is called "2,000 Mules" and not some other number because there were WAY more than 2,000, but they decided to use some objective standard to designate someone as a "mule." They had to make over 50 trips each, or something like that.

What if there were 100,000 mules? What if it can be shown that they injected 10,000,000 votes that were not real votes?

What if they were betrayed by the Republican National Committee?

Just spitballin' ...
