I think it might be a parasite. I've tried the vitamins, zinc, quercetin suggestions, avoided sugar, drank lots of fluids and tea, slept a lot. But I still feel like I've been hit by a truck. Can anyone point me to where I can get some Ivermectin ASAP? I've reached out to America's Frontline Doctors but am wondering where else I can find it? I know it's supposedly OTC now in Tennessee but I don't know anyone in TN that would be able to get it for me. Anyone have any suggestions? If it was a mere cold I wouldn't be concerned but I believe I might have a parasite and I feel absolutely awful right now because of it.

Ok then no from what you've described, it's likely something else. Although threadworms passed on by pets can often infect people without realising it apart from a bloated stomach, a hollow feeling and some stomach pain, also poor nutrition.
From what you are describing sounds to me like something more, but I'm not a Dr and it isn't advice. Have you had any vaccinations for Covid, I'm guessing not?
As someone else has indicated, high doses of good quality Vit C (I use Lipasuomal Vit C @ 1000mg per sachet, 1 x a day for maintanace) Vit B3 complex (Lipasuomal) 1000mg 1 x per day, 30,000 IU Vit D per day and melatonin to sleep.
I would certainly up the dose of Vit C for a short time to help your immune system, and if you think it may be CV19 then yes get some Ivermectin from somewhere, but honestly try and see a Dr as well.
